Hi it's 70 degrees, dry, sunny.....let's exercise outside!! Exercising outside is a great change of pace from the usual four walls. Sprinting or running agility drills is less stress on your knees, spine , feet when you run on grass there is also more resistance,naturally, when you run on grass as opposed to the treadmill.
Training in the sunlight helps synthesize vitamin d and other nutrients. Recovery time between sets also is enhanced due to rapid absorption of oxygen as opposed to being in a sticky class room.
Change up your routine by working out outside.
